Bio

Eric Giersch is an Associate Attorney at Huber Fox specializing in estate planning, probate matters, and trust administration. A Northern California native, Eric obtained his undergraduate degree at the University of California, Davis, and his Juris Doctorate at McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento.

While in law school, Eric worked in an elder law clinic where he gained experience assisting local senior citizens with their estate planning and administration needs. He was awarded a Capital Commendation for Public Service for his stellar service and client advocacy. After graduating from law school in 2019, Eric decided to focus on trust and estate law.

Eric takes pride in helping clients navigate difficult life situations and prepare for the future. Eric has been named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2023 and 2024. He has also received an Avvo Client’s Choice Award. He is a member of the California State Bar, Sacramento County Bar Association, and California Lawyers Association.

Outside of work, Eric enjoys spending time with his wife Leah. His hobbies include golf, camping, travel, and gardening.
